Korean Beef Short Ribs

Ingredients:
1 kilo Monterey Beef short ribs, Korean cut
3 tbsps garlic, mince
5 tbsps gochujang (Korean chilli bean paste)
1 ½ cups soda water
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 ¼ tsps beef dashida
1/8 tsp white pepper
2 tsps sesame seeds
Garnish:
2 tsps sesame seeds
20 gm onion leeks, julienned
Procedure:
1. Marinate Monterey beef short ribs in all ingredients for 8 hours.
2. Grill. Brush ribs with marinade while grilling.
3. Top with sesame seeds and onion leeks.
